Partnering with many global and UK-specific publishers enables us to provide a breadth of courses covering a huge range of subjects.
- traditional site licenses (per user) for larger roll-outs
- "credits" (per enrolment) for smaller ad-hoc purchases
- Hundreds of courses available
Do we have to buy a license to cover all of our staff even if we only want to offer courses to a small group?
No, not at all. We understand the site licensing model is not everyone's cup of tea, especially when small numbers need a few courses. After all, why should you pay for a load of licenses you're not going to use? So we developed a "credits" pricing model that enables you to purchase the courses you want for the number of enrolments you need.
So we can kind of pick and choose our courses?
In most cases, yes. For example, you could purchase 100 credits from a particular publisher and distribute them however you see fit, whether it be 2 courses to 50 students, or 10 courses to 10 students or 10 courses to 6 students plus 5 courses to 8 students. At the end of the day, you buy the number of credits you need - it's then pretty much up to you how you use them.
What subjects do you cover?
To be honest there are too many to list, so here's a taster:
- Leadership and Management
- Equal Opportunities and Diversity
- Workplace Legislation
- Recruitment and HR
- Sales and Marketing
- Health and Safety
- Project Management
- IT Technical skills
- Microsoft Office skills including Office 2003, Office 2007 and ECDL
